Will I feel like I can't breathe?

That fear is the number one reason people quit mouth tape, so we don't start there. The first week is only a nose strip, with nothing on your mouth. The tape with the small vent comes on night 8, when breathing through your nose already feels normal. Air can always get through it.

Will it stay on all night, even with a beard?

Most tapes come off at 2 AM because one tape tries to do every job. Ours don't: a soft tape to start, a stronger one once you're ready. Stubble is usually fine. A thick beard makes it harder for any tape to stick.

Does it hurt to take off? Is it latex-free?

What if my nose is blocked?

That's why your nose goes first. The strip opens it up every night, from night 1 to night 30, and the tape only comes in when your nose is ready. If you have a cold, use only the strip that night. If your nose is blocked most nights, talk to a doctor before you start.

How do I know it's working?

You can't hear yourself, but your phone can. Record night 0 before you start. Record again on night 7 and night 14, and play them side by side. Then ask her. You don't need us to tell you what you can hear.

Is mouth taping safe? Who shouldn't use it?

Why not just sleep in separate rooms?
