30-Night Same Side Guarantee — terms

This guarantee is offered by SAME SIDE on all orders placed at sameside.eu. Read the 7 conditions below before you buy.

  1. The guarantee applies to orders from sameside.eu delivered to Sweden and Denmark.
  2. Use the 30-Night Reset for 30 nights, following the 3 phases (OPEN, TRAIN, SEAL).
  3. If you're not satisfied, email support@sameside.eu within 45 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of your used pouch and a few words about your 30 nights.
  4. We refund the product price of your whole order to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refunded.
  5. For multi-set orders (60-Night Habit, 90-Night Lock-In), the guarantee is based on your first 30 nights with the Reset and covers the full order price. You don't need to return unopened Refills.
  6. One guarantee claim per customer and delivery address.
  7. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products and the statutory warranty for faulty goods.
