We ship to Denmark and Sweden from our warehouse in the EU (Spain). Delivery takes 3–7 working days.

Free shipping on the 60-Night Habit and the 90-Night Lock-In. Shipping on the 30-Night Reset is €4.95.

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your kit is on the way.

30-Night Same Side Guarantee

Follow the 3 phases (OPEN, TRAIN, SEAL) for 30 nights. If you and your partner aren't sleeping better on the same side of the bed, email us within 45 days of delivery and we refund the product price of your whole order. Keep everything — nothing to send back.

Include your order number, a photo of your used pouch and a few words about your 30 nights. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refunded. One claim per customer and delivery address. See the full terms.

The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights below, never instead of them.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email us at support@sameside.eu with your order number, or send us the model withdrawal form below.

Hygiene exception: for health protection and hygiene reasons, nasal strips and mouth tape can only be returned under the right of withdrawal if the pouch is unopened and its seal is intact. Once a sealed pouch has been opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to it — the 30-Night Same Side Guarantee still does.

Send the unopened products within 14 days of notifying us to: SAME SIDE Returns, C. de Tierra de Barros, 2, 28823 Coslada, Madrid, Spain. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have provided proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for faulty goods under EU law.
