Before you start

Will I feel like I can't breathe?

That fear is the number one reason people quit mouth tape, so we don't start there. The first week is only a nose strip, with nothing on your mouth. The tape with the small vent comes on night 8, when breathing through your nose already feels normal. Air can always get through it.

Will it stay on all night, even with a beard?

Most tapes come off at 2 AM because one tape tries to do every job. Ours don't: a soft tape to start, a stronger one once you're ready. Stubble is usually fine. A thick beard makes it harder for any tape to stick.

Does it hurt to take off? Is it latex-free?

No, it's made to come off gently. And yes, it's latex-free. [COMPOSICIÓN — Jason]

What if my nose is blocked?

That's why your nose goes first. The strip opens it up every night, from night 1 to night 30, and the tape only comes in when your nose is ready. If you have a cold, use only the strip that night. If your nose is blocked most nights, talk to a doctor before you start.

How do I know it's working?

You can't hear yourself, but your phone can. Record night 0 before you start. Record again on night 7 and night 14, and play them side by side. Then ask her. You don't need us to tell you what you can hear.

Is mouth taping safe? Who shouldn't use it?

It's not for everyone, and we'd rather tell you now. If you have sleep apnea, wake up gasping, or can't breathe through your nose most nights, see a doctor first. We'd rather lose the sale than have you use this when you shouldn't.

The 30-Night Reset is designed for healthy adults.

Please talk to a doctor before use if you:

have sleep apnea or think you might
have asthma or a breathing condition
have a very blocked nose most nights
have a BMI over 30
have sensitive skin around your mouth
are pregnant or breastfeeding

Don't use it after drinking alcohol or taking sleeping pills.

If you feel discomfort, trouble breathing or skin irritation, take it off and stop using it.

The 30-Night Reset is a Class I medical device (CE). It is not meant to diagnose or treat sleep apnea or any other condition.

I already tried mouth tape or nose strips. Why would this be different?

Most people try one piece on its own: a strip that isn't enough, or a tape that's too much on night one. The Reset puts them in order. Nose first, then a soft tape with a vent, then the full seal. It's not a stronger tape. It's a better order.

Why not just sleep in separate rooms?

For some couples that works, and that's okay. Separate rooms can fix the sleep. They don't fix the distance. If you both miss falling asleep next to each other, this is your way back to the same bed.

Why not just use earplugs?

Earplugs ask her to do the work, every single night, and a lot of people still hear the noise through them. The Reset is something you do, so she doesn't have to.

Isn't this a lot for tape and strips?

It's less than a coffee a night for a full 30-night plan, and less again with the bundles. The real question is what another month in separate rooms costs you two. And if it doesn't work for you, you get your money back.

What happens after night 30?

Night 31 is where the old habit tries to come back. One strip and one tape before bed keep it away. When you run out, there's a Monthly Refill. No subscription, you order when you need it.

What if it doesn't work for us?

Follow the 3 phases for 30 nights. If you're not sleeping better on the same side, email us within 45 days of delivery with a photo of your used pouch. We refund your whole order. No need to send anything back.
